Collection: Cuddly blankets for allergy sufferers

For allergy sufferers, cuddle blankets made from natural fibers that are tested for harmful substances, breathable, and regularly washable are suitable. Our blankets meet precisely these criteria: they are made from 100% cotton – predominantly from controlled organic cultivation (kbA) – and completely free of synthetic fibers like polyester fleece. All models are tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class 1, the strictest test class which also applies to baby articles.

What matters for allergy-friendly blankets

Cotton fabric is breathable and temperature-regulating – it traps less moisture than dense synthetic blankets. Hygiene is also crucial: All blankets in this collection can be washed on a delicate cycle at 30°C and regularly refreshed, thus offering dust mites as little living space as possible. It's important and honest to say: a blanket can neither prevent nor treat an allergy. However, it can be a conscious choice – tested material, natural fiber, woven in Germany.
